LCWA to testify before the Judicial Conference on proposed changes to judicial codes of conduct

Oct 25, 2018

On October 30, Co-Founders Jaime Santos and Kendall Turner will testify at a public hearing of the Judicial Conference’s committees on Codes of Conduct and Judicial Conduct and Disability Rules. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed changes to the Code of Conduct for U.S. Judges and the Judicial Conduct and Disability Rules. LCWA will submit written testimony in conjunction with the oral testimony of Santos and Turner. We plan on submitting a formal response to the proposed changes in November.

The hearing will start at 9:00 a.m. You can watch the testimony live here.
